Can't believe it's these dishes are vegan! Super filling and enough for left overs! Excellent customer service

Always good! Always fresh, timely, and friendly. The veggie options are excellent!! I take out, but there is room to eat in.

I've been going here for probably ten years now! It's such a hidden gem. I love it partly because they have an extensive regular menu along with the vegetarian stuff, so everyone at the table can get something they want. They've recently changed locations but it's still run by the same family and they still have great food. I'm not quite sure how fresh it all is, but if you're in the mood to gorge yourself on greasy vegetarian Chinese food, this is your place.

I've been going here literally my entire life (more than 30 years!) and it is still one of my top 5 favorite restaurants I've ever been to. It has changed owners, it has changed locations, but no matter what, the food is absolutely wonderful. My personal favorites are the green bean ball soup (I have had dreams about this soup, no joke) and the lemon chicken (seitan/vegetarian, not real chicken... but you'd never know the difference, and believe me, haha, I have tried it on family friends without telling them, and they had no idea!) I can't even express how happy I was to return to Salt Lake to discover that they had moved locations after I saw the original building on 33rd had been torn down - now they're on State Street, and the food is as good as ever. This place is a treasure, and I highly, highly recommend trying it out. Also, it's one of the only true seitan restaurants in U.S. so far as I have found in my research, and that in itself is absolutely incredible and worth supporting. Try any of their vegetarian meat selections - you will not be disappointed. (I actually live in Seattle, but I come back to SLC a few times a year, and I *always* stop here when I'm in town. It's all about that green bean ball soup!)

I have been following long life veggie house for such a long time! It's always been my go-to spot when I want Chinese food for the day. Both Vegetarian and Meat meals on the menu are both the best! Customer Service is terrific as well! We would love to come here again!

Second time at their new location and loved it! The menu has changed a little bit since they moved but all of my favorites are still there. Staff is always super nice and fast at getting pick up orders ready. I've never had a bad experience here! Highly recommend the sweet and sour "pork" and veggie fried rice!!

Long time staple of the area is back! Vegetarians rejoice and those who like good Chinese food. They're back in a tiny stripmall-ish spot on State St just off the freeway. Truly just the husband and wife team making food with love. They even brought back the red brick wallpaper from the old place. It's not just for vegetarians, there's a meat menu for the rest of us. I'm highlighting the CRISPY Beef dish. Not a dish many order nor do many places have. I don't think how they make it so crispy after surviving a trip trapped in a to go container. (They also use some really nice sturdy to go containers) The sauce has just a hint of heat to it. Safe for just about anyone yet appreciated by those who don't mind. It's more of a nice added flavor. Fair pricing and good sized portions. Very clean and not oily tasting. My new recommend when people ask me for a good Chinese place. We've been missing a good one for awhile now.
